THE 13TH PARLIAMENT

Malachi 4:6, “And he shall turn and reconcile the hearts of the [estranged] fathers to the [ungodly] children, and the hearts of the [rebellious] children to [the piety of] their fathers [a reconciliation produced by repentance of the ungodly], lest I come and smite the land with a curse and a ban of utter destruction”.

     The character thirteen is the number of rebellion and depravity. To write thirteen in Hebrew, they write two Hebrew letters, Yod and Gimel. These signify the hand outworking of pride. The number thirteen speaks of rebellion and depravity. The first occurrence of the number 13 in the Bible is found in Genesis 14:4, “Twelve years they had served Chedorlaomer, but in the thirteenth year they rebelled”. This signified a time of rebellion.

     There were 13 tribes of Israel, including Levi, after Joseph received the double portion with two tribes, Ephraim and Manasseh. And when the tribes were given their inheritances in Canaan, there were 13 inheritances as well. Levi received no inheritance, but Manasseh received a double portion, one on each side of the Jordan River. These show the rebellious heart of Israel after the flesh. In Mark 7:21, 22 Jesus lists 13 sins that proceed out of the heart of a carnal man. The word ‘dragon’ appears 13 times in the book of Revelation.

     We are living at end of the very last days; there are much less than 1000 days before the Church is raptured. The spirit and power of Elijah has been poured upon the earth; so is the spirit of jezebel. A spirit that counter-attacks the heralding spirit and power of Elijah. It was in the plan and purpose of God that the Government in place in this great land of Kenya would be used by God to help lay a foundation for the people who would be used to prepare and clear the way for the return of the King of kings for her betrothed.

      But, as soon as the Government was put in place, it changed God’s plan to its own. Despite numerous warning, she has not obliged. It is in the public knowledge that the 13th Parliament inclines to the directives of the executive. Because of their rebellion against God, He allowed the very last generation to rebel against the Government [the fathers]. The unrest we see taking place in Kenya emanating from the youth is not political, but spiritual - a fruit of rebellion and no prayer will derail this course. A change of heart from the fathers and a return to the way, plan and purpose of God would be the only way to cure the unrest. 

     An undeserved curse does not hold …Proverbs 26:2. This land remains cursed because the hearts of the fathers have refused to be reconciled to the hearts of the sons. Kenya belongs to the Lord and He disciplines those He loves. The Lord violently denounces the trajectory of this nation and its leadership at this time. Kenya is prophetic in nature; the plans of the return of the Lord Jesus for His betrothed are scheduled to begin in Kenya and, someone is standing on the way. I just pray that someone could listen. 

     Prophets and trees have at least one characteristic; they are both planted for the future. Seedlings are overlooked and prophets are often ignored. A prophetic voice has been shouting from the wilderness but was completely ignored. The great prophet and priest Samuel said that the sin of rebellion is as witchcraft …1 Samuel 15:23. Rebellion and witchcraft is a fruit of the spirit of jezebel and only she has the guts to lead astray the servants of God; this is her aim. She has attacked the leadership installed by God. Her plan is to circumvent the return of the Lord Jesus at Rapture. Will she succeed?
