UNSTOPPABLE

Mark 13:13, "And you will be hated and detested by everybody for My name's sake, but he who patiently perseveres and endures to the end will be saved (made a partaker of the salvation by Christ, and delivered from spiritual death)" .

     Today, the 6th day of February 2025... I had a revelation in the night. For the next few weeks, I will be taking time to study the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. By the time I concluded on the first study of the gift of a Word of Wisdom, it was morning. I was excited that I would start on the next gift, a Word of Knowledge. By the time I finished praying, it was already 5 a.m. I fell asleep quickly. At exactly 9.37 a.m., I woke up to go to the bathroom and I heard the Spirit of the Lord speak to me, "Colon Cancer"! 

    The gift of a Word of Knowledge is the second gift in the category of the Gifts of Revelation. It is the eyes of the Lord that see something; a supernatural revelation from the Holy Spirit through an instantaneous impartation of the knowledge of God concerning the existence or nature of a person or thing or event of the past and present. It is only a tiny portion of Gods total knowledge. Or, to put it in another way, it is the supernatural revelation of certain facts in the mind of God. It is a knowledge which the receivers eyes have not seen nor ears heard. God is Omniscient but He does not reveal everything He knows to man - just like me, He gave only a word, 'Colon cancer'. I had to show interest to know the rest of the details. What a way to introduce my next topic of study!

     For the last few days I have been feeling like I was hit by a bus. My whole body aches. So, this new development was not going down very well. Though tongue-tied, I got out of bed, went to the bathroom, and returned to bed. I was so afraid to ask the Lord who it was with this disease. My mind raced. I began to look elsewhere in the spirit to see if the Lord would speak. Why was He taking too long to tell me who it was? It was unlike my Master. Other times when He breaks such news, He tells me almost immediately. Why this time? I was unsettled. My spirit began to feel sad and angry at the same time. The next 7 minutes to the reveal seemed like eternity.

     I couldnt sleep. So I gathered courage and asked the Lord again, "Who has cancer of the colon? And at exactly 10.03 a.m., He said, "You"! I got a relieve. Thank God it was not anybody else. "I will heal you again", He interrupted my kind-off excitement  that it was not anybody else. Cancer affects every area of your life  your mind, family, friends, finances, etc. You see, late last year, I buried someone who was very close to me who succumbed to colon cancer after battling it for four years. Dear reader, when you are prophetic, sometimes you can get sick to experience a sickness for someone else so you can be able to pray for them. Mid last year, I experienced the symptoms of colon cancer. But then, they dissipated after my relative died. Learning today that I have stage 4 colon cancer was a 'no wonder'!

     So what next? I have seen my oncologist, Dr. Jesus heal me before of breast cancer twice, throat cancer, cervical cancer and bone marrow cancer. I will survive the colon cancer too. You see, your God-revealed vision or purpose in life keeps you alive. This is the power of a vision. My vision is to announce Rapture. And until then, God will preserve my life to shame His enemies.

     Apostle Peter had been put in prison and although the Church prayed fervently for his release, the man of God was not bothered. He did not panic even when he knew that his friend and colleague, apostle James, the brother of John had been murdered in cold blood to please the Jews. Apostle Peter hit the prison floor and slept like a baby until the prison break; when his sleep was interrupted. The best of the Kingdom army had come to rescue him.

     What made apostle Peter to sleep so heavily; comfortably even when the hang-man-noose was over his head? His purpose. His vision kept him alive, "I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, when you were young you girded yourself [put on your own belt or girdle] and you walked about wherever you pleased to go. But when you grow old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will put a girdle around you and carry you where you do not wish to go. He said this to indicate by what kind of death Peter would glorify God. And after this, He said to him, Follow Me" ...John 21:18-19! Simon knew that he would not die. At least, not at that time. These words, "But when you grow old..." kept apostle Peter alive even when he faced death. 

     These words made the man of God so brave. The timid Peter hiding in an upper room with 120 others, was made so bold when the Holy Spirit came upon him. But now, in charge of the Baby Church, his purpose, "the rock" made him undaunted. He had work to do for his Master and not even death would stop him. He had a foundation to lay, "According to the grace (the special endowment for my task) of God bestowed on me, like a skillful architect and master builder I laid [the] foundation, and now another [man] is building upon it. But let each [man] be careful how he builds upon it. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is [already] laid, which is Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One)" ...1 Corinthians 3:10ff; Ephesians 2:20-22. 

     As for my body, it's on a shut-down; it seems! I have just completed writing my 12th book, 'Unstoppable', whose title was given by the Lord Jesus as He sum's up my life. I will run my race, even if maimed, and finish my course to the gates of Rapture.
