A RIPE IMPEACHMENT

 1 Samuel 15:23, "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim (household good luck images). Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king"... AMP

     A change of guard is looming. Your Exellency, President William Ruto, God has rejected you as 'king'. The day you invited the former Prime Minister Raila to work in the spiritual government was the height of your rebellion. In mid 2023, I wrote a letter to H.E. the President of the Republic of Kenya and here is what I adviced him:

Dear Y. E. President William Ruto,

RE: A PRESIDENCY WITH AN APOSTOLIC MANDATE                 

     My name is Apostle Joo Ngare, Seer, Vision is Alive Ministries International [VIAMI] – a demographic sending. The Lord has graced me with the seer’s anointing as a prophet to the nations. My apostolic mandate is to herald the return of Christ with a blueprint to prepare the Bride for her betrothed. In this regard, the King of kings had to wait for the right time – your Presidency – to set in motion the wheels of His Son’s imminent return. Y. E., this is close to the Father’s heart. 

     Some nations have a calling to be prophetic. They cannot achieve their destiny until the prophetic ministry is established in their midst. There are nations that have special gifts. For example, Kenya has a prophetic function in the world – she was the springboard of worldwide revival culminating the return of Christ. America is an apostolic nation. There is something in the American nature that initiates and plants. There is something in the Kenyan nature that holds truth - your 2022 – 2027 Presidency is apostolic. Apostolic because of your presidency, you began to lay a foundation that many will build on… 1 Corinthians 3:10ff. Yours is to reconcile the heart of the Fathers to their children and the heart of the children to their fathers. Because we walk on foundation, it matters that there is already one  being built… whether you, Y. E. is able to recognize it or not. 

     My silent walk with you dates back to 2017 in your 2nd term as Deputy President… and this is the time the Lord began to minister to me about your Presidency for 2022. By then, God silently connected our spirits because your calling and mine are similar. You are an apostolic president, you are a herald with a mandate to be part of the apostles and prophets God has anointed at this time in preparation for Christ’s imminent return. This is the reason your leadership is in such an attack. I believe this is new to you, but I’m will to explain it further as soon as I’m able to see you. This is why it was paramount for you to be prayed into the presidency; for the plans and purposes of God cannot be thwarted. 

     Since your inauguration, I have tried in many ways to contact you and to tell the truth, writing to you is the last option I have. As you can see from my blog, there was a way out of the rebellion you are now seeing. Mr. President, your Presidency is one term and this is the only chance you have to deliver to Kenyans and for God. To help you in this regard, there is a message for you to consider as you govern this nation [according to the will of God]; if heeded to, will go a long way in influencing your decision making. If you are willing, I’m able to meet with you at a time, place and day of your choice within your busy schedule. 

     Thank you that I’m able to contact you in this way. 

     If the foundations are destroyed, what can righteous do"? ...Psalm 11:3. When you ignored the leading of the Lord through those sent to you, you began to destroy the foundation that you laid. The former Prime Minister was never God's choice in this Rapture Government. In the previous two blogs, I have said that the rebellion you see eminates from President Ruto's rebellion against God. But, inviting the former PM to work with him broke the camel's back. The Lord will have none of these and He will Himself orchestrate the President's impeachment even before his term is over. It is not about Kenya, it is all about Christ's return for the Church at Rapture. The Church must be withdrawn before the great tribulation coming in much less than 1500 days. Just as Trump [Trumpet] is a Rapture President for the USA, President Ruto was supposed to be a Rapture President. But, he short - changed God.

     Kenya is NOT like other nations. Kenya has an apostolic-prophetic mandate: to provoke Israel and may be, the Middle East to repent; to dissiminate spiritual awakening to Africa and the rest of the world and to release a highly anointed fivefold and prayer worriers. Therefore, she must be aligned to the Lord's divine will. This is why a presidency is key. Jesus Christ's return has been in motion since September 2019, and nothing and nobody is able to halt God's schedule and timetable. The sitting President will be impeached and a 'drunkard' [in the spirit or in the fresh] will be put in his place: because he has refused to repent. It is not time to play politics.

     On Monday the 15th day of July 2024 as I prayed in the night, I saw the red, black and white horses with their riders coming down a slope under the Nairobi Expressway. When the horses are not in the stables, there is a problem... Revelation 6:ff. According to 1 Samuel 15:23, the spirit of jezebel always tries to counter attack the heralding spirit and power of Elijah. Who stood on the way of the heralding spirit in Jesus 1st Coming?

• spirit of rebellion - Joseph was already planning to divorce Mary quietly were it not for the angel's intervention. God had to constantly instruct him through dreams on the way to go.
• spirit of witchcraft - After Jesus' Birth, jezebel nearly cut short His life were it not for the warning to Joseph, Jesus' legal father, through a dream. All children under 2 years were brutary murdered. She, jezebel also cut John the Baptist's head a little too late as his cousin had already been revealed.
• spirit of stubbornness/disobedience - Jesus at age twelve nearly subbotaged His Own mission were it not for the firmness of His Mother and legal father. After He had been lost, they found Him at the Temple and the Lord Jesus agreed to return with His parents and submitted His authority and power under them for 18 years.
• spirit of idolatry - teraphim (household good luck images) - religion in Jesus' day was detrimental not only to John the Baptist, but also to the Lord. They killed the Lord Jesus without knowing that it was God's will for Him to die. 

     The only way to heal Kenya is if the sitting President repents of his rebellion. He must align with the will of God. It is not business as usual. And even if he refuses to repent, God will not be short of ways plans to prepare and usher in the imminent return of His dear Son Jesus Christ for His betrothed at Raprure.
