THE RIVER OF HEALING – Part 2

 Keys To The Flow

     When the 'River' [Isaiah 11:2] first comes upon you, it does not begin as a great river.  At first, it only flows as the ankle-deep water.  The flow then progressively increases from one level to the next. What are the levels of progression in the flow of the River of the Seven Spirits of the Lord?  What are the determining factors?  There are four of them:-

1. Obedience: We should not rebel against the Spirit of the Lord if we desire His River to flow in us… Isaiah 63:10, “But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; therefore He turned to become their enemy and Himself fought against them”. 

2. Faithfulness: Be faithful in what has been entrusted to you.  If you cannot be faithful in giving a small word of prophecy, how can you be faithful in releasing a big revelation?  You won’t know how to handle it.  So you must first be faithful in small things…Luke 16:10, “He who is faithful in a very little [thing] is faithful also in much, and he who is dishonest and unjust in a very little [thing] is dishonest and unjust also in much”. 

3. Meekness [Gentleness/Humility [lowly]: If you do not remain humble, God, in His mercy, will not increase the anointing because it would destroy you… 1 Peter 5:5. You would walk upside-down with pride instead of right-side-up in Christlike character… Matthew 11:29, “Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls”…Jeremiah 6:16. 

     On the morning of the 23rd day of August, 2923, I was given a dream: I was in my native home, I had just killed a grey snake and crushed it’s head. After a few minutes, the snake began to regrow or regenerate its ugly head. I run in the house to call a cousin of mine to witness the phenomenal. Upon getting to the place I had killed the snake, it had disappeared. We looked for it but did not see it. In the waking life, I woke up shouting, calling upon the Lord to help me. In deed, I saw someone, but although I didn’t see His face, He found the snake, held it in His Hands and cut it into two halves. 

     While I was just there in my bed thinking about the dream, the Lord began to speak to me, He told me of other men of God who eventually died because of pride. Before I slept, the Spirit of the Lord had given me a hidden mystery now revealed on understanding the Kingdom key concept or principle – you can read this revelation by getting yourself a copy of my book, ‘The Kingdom of God’ and read the last chapter. So, on this night, I had thanked the Lord and fell asleep very elated about the revelation. 

     Although snakes do not have a regenerative capacity and therefore cannot regrow their heads, the grey snake in my dream regrew its head and disappeared. Pride is a possibility for us all when we remain detached from the Vine. The Lord told me that although I had overcome the sin of pride in my life, if I stayed severed from Him, it would be possible that pride could re-grow because of all the revelations He continues to give me. Apostle Paul received a 'thorn in the flesh'. Apostle Peter in I Peter 5:5b tells us to clothe (apron) ourselves with humility as the garb of a servant, so that its covering cannot possibly be stripped from us, with freedom from pride and arrogance toward one another. For God sets Himself against the proud (the insolent, the overbearing, the disdainful, the presumptuous, the boastful)–[and He opposes, frustrates, and defeats them], but gives grace (favor, blessing) to the humble. 

     The more we bow low before the King, He gives us more and more grace (power of the Holy Spirit) to meet this evil tendency and all others follies… James 4:6. It is through humility that we receive God’s hidden mysteries. Humble yourselves, feeling very insignificant in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you. He will lift you up and make your life significant. That is why God sets Himself against the proud and haughty, but gives grace [continually] to those who are humble enough to receive it. Whoever exalts himself [with haughtiness and empty pride] shall be humbled and brought low, and whoever humbles himself - whoever has a modest opinion of himself and behaves accordingly shall be raised to honor. The Lord will look and have regard on the humble, the broken/wounded spirit – contrite, those who tremble at the Word of God and reveres the Lord’s command. Daniel says that king Nebuchadnezzar ate grass for 7 long years for taking the King of kings’ glory for granted… Daniel 4:30ff. 

     Many ministers have been destroyed, have lost their ministries, have lost their anointing, have lost everything because they took the anointing for granted.  You should never ever take the anointing of God for granted.  Samson and King Saul are other two very sad examples in the Bible of how men of God took their anointing lightly because of pride. They despised their anointing by not protecting it. Both of them lost their gifting and calling. 

     If you are not humble and if you walk in pride, the anointing will dissipate. Soon enough, the Spirit of the Lord will depart from you and an evil spirit may come and deceive you with false words of knowledge. You will then be operating under a spirit of divination.  Be careful! The more you bow low before the Lord, the more you humble yourself before Him, the more the anointing will increase in your life. The more you humble yourself, the more the grace of God will manifest in your life and God will eventually promote you from glory to glory.

4. Love: The gifts of the Spirit [1 Corinthians 12] are like the first stage of a rocket, and the Spirit of the Lord [Isaiah 11:2] is like the second stage. After the first stage rocket jettisons from the second stage, the second stage is propelled all the way into space. The first stage of the rocket never actually makes it  into the outer-space, but the second stage does. The second stage drifting in space is akin to walking in love [1 Corinthians 13].

     The saints excitedly, receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit, skip the greatest gift [1 Corinthians 13] and run directly to performing the gift of prophecy [1 Corinthians 14]. When they get there, the first One to find at the door is Love [the Lord Jesus Himself], “EAGERLY PURSUE and seek to acquire [this] love [make it your aim, your great ]…”. If 1 Corinthians chapters 12, 13 and 14 were a sandwich, 1 Corinthians chapters 12 and 14 would be the bread. While 1 Corinthians chapter 13 would be the meat. The One who is Love says, “I give you a new commandment: that you should love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too should love one another. By this shall all [men] know that you are My disciples, if you love one another [if you keep on showing love among yourselves]”…John 13:34-35. 

     In recap to the rocket example, in space, there is no gravitational pull like on earth. There is no friction to slow down the vehicle. A spacecraft can travel very far in space unhindered by friction and gravity. The friction and gravity are like the self in us. When we are released from it to walk in the Godkind of love, then we will work greater works than the Lord Jesus did … John  14:12. The Spirit of the Lord will only begin to move in and upon us when we begin to walk in love. When you walk in divine love, the light of God also comes in with it. God is love and light. He then comes alongside you to work with you. When love and light become one with us, we will walk like God on this earth. The Lord will teach me how to remain in this realm. 

     What then is the difference between the Holy Spirit and the Spirit of the Lord?  The Spirit of the Lord is the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit Himself, not just His anointing. Now please note this truth very carefully – the anointing is different from the manifested presence. The workings of the gifts of the Holy Spirit are the manifestations (demonstrating the presence) of the Holy Spirit. The workings of the Seven Spirits of the Lord, on the other hand, are the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit Himself.

     The blessed Spirit of the Lord cannot be seen, yet is everywhere. He is within God, proceeds from God, is of God, and is God Himself. The Spirit of the Lord, therefore, can take on a manifested form. The Father God has a human form, and the Lord Jesus, we all know, has a human form.  The Holy Spirit, like God the Father and God the Son, also has a human form. Rivers of Living Waters is another form of manifestation of the Holy Spirit. He, the Holy Spirit manifested one time to me in a dream. Like He was see-through, like water, but has a form of the Lord Jesus – His name is Spirit of the Lord. When the Holy Spirit takes on a tangible manifestation to make Himself real, an explosive display of power is always exhibited. In the book of Exodus, we read that God’s glory came down upon Mount Sinai… Exodus 19:16-20; Acts 2:1-3. The Spirit of the Lord is the fullness of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in a tangible form. 

     When He manifests in my life, He’s Awesome. We meet every midnight from the beginning of May 2023. When I hit the bed, my feet and ankles begin to get warm, and warmer. It then turns into blazing heat. At this time, the bed gets really hot. The heat then begins to climb up to my kneels like a blanket, or mantle or a coat is being put over me. After a while, the heat climbs up to my waist. From my waist to my feet, I no longer can feel myself unless I make a movement. I could not understand what was happening to me until I bumped into Ezekiel 8:2… “from His waist downward He was like fire…”. The warmth turning into heat denotes the manifest presence of the the Lord. The tingling that come from time to time indicates His presence to perform miracles. He told me that this is what happened to Kathlyn Kulman and Pastor Benny Hinn before they begin their healing miracle crusades. 

     When the River of Life is manifesting in a believer’s life, it is by His grace… unmerited favor. In the Kingdom of God, there is a PRINCIPLE OF ROYAL FAVOR. This is the sovereign prerogative of the King of kings to extend a personal law to a citizen. This positions the citizen to receive special privileges and advantages that are personally protected by the King. This is what the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the 7 Spirits of the King are all about – Royal Favor. Healing by the Rivers of Life are for everyone – Muslims, Hindus, Christians, Kingdom Citizens, atheist, etc…  because the Holy Spirit is for everybody. He will heal different types of people – physical healing, mental and spiritual healing… Isaiah 53:5. Draw to the healing River.
